Is your electrical service panel up to date?
Do you still have the outdated (and often non-performing) FPE or Zinsco circuit breakers in your home or office? If so, you may want to have a licensed electrician evaluate your installation and get you upgraded to the newest standard in electrical installations. The latest National Electric Code (NEC) requires most circuit breakers in your home be the AFCI (ArcFaultCircuitBreaker) type. These breakers are sensitive to arcing conditions in your wiring and will switch the circuit off if such conditions arise.
Do you still have knob and tube wiring in your building? Or maybe even old style fuses? Some Insurance Companies will not insure your property anymore if the installations are not compliant with current standards. As a licensed residential and commercial electrical contractor with over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry we are eager to gain your business and your trust.
